These Terms & Conditions apply to all service requests, estimates, quotes, invoices, and work performed by Perfectly Detailed LLC (“Perfectly Detailed,” “we,” “us”). By requesting service or authorizing work, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment Terms, Fees, and Deposits
Residential Payment Terms: Payment is due within 24 hours of service completion or receipt of invoice, whichever occurs later.
Commercial / Fleet Accounts: Commercial or fleet clients may be billed under Net 7 or Net 15 terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits: Deposits may be required for larger jobs, multi-vehicle bookings, or specialty services (ceramic coatings, paint correction, etc.), as outlined in your estimate.
Payment Authorization: By approving an estimate or scheduling service, you authorize Perfectly Detailed LLC to charge the payment method on file for completed services, cancellation fees, no-show charges, late fees, or other applicable charges.
Service Authorization: Scheduling reserves time and resources. We may require a valid payment method on file and may place a temporary authorization hold prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a $50–$100 cancellation fee depending on service type.
No-Show / Access Issues:
If we arrive and are unable to begin service within 15 minutes due to lack of access, the appointment is considered a no-show and may result in a $75–$100 service charge.
Late Payment Fees:
Unpaid invoices may be subject to:
Balances under $1,000: $50/month
Balances $1,000–$5,000: $100/month
Balances over $5,000: $200/month
Returned Payments: A $50 fee applies to any declined or returned payments.
Service Conditions and Limitations
Perfectly Detailed performs services with professional care using industry-standard products and techniques. However:
We do not guarantee removal of all stains, scratches, odors, or defects
Heavily neglected vehicles may require additional services or charges
Results vary based on vehicle condition, materials, and prior damage
Mobile Service Requirements
Clients agree to provide:
Safe and legal access to the vehicle location
Adequate working space around the vehicle
Access to water and/or electricity if required (unless otherwise stated)
Proper weather conditions or covered space when necessary
Delays or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
Weather Policy
Mobile detailing is weather dependent. Perfectly Detailed reserves the right to reschedule due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe working conditions.
Subcontractors
Perfectly Detailed may use qualified subcontractors when necessary to complete services.
Change Orders / Additional Work
Any additional services requested beyond the original scope must be approved and may result in added charges.
Project Timing
Estimated service times are provided in good faith but may vary based on vehicle condition or unforeseen factors.
Liability and Pre-Existing Conditions
Perfectly Detailed is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, paint failure, interior wear)
Damage caused by improperly installed parts or aftermarket components
Loose trim, badges, or aging materials that may be affected during cleaning
Clients should disclose any known issues prior to service.
Customer-Supplied Products
If the client provides products:
We are not responsible for product performance or defects
Additional labor charges may apply if products are unsuitable
No warranty is provided on customer-supplied materials
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on visible conditions and information provided.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
Pricing may change due to vehicle condition, size, or added services
Final pricing may adjust if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described
Satisfaction and Re-Service
If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Media Release (Photos & Videos)
By authorizing service, you grant Perfectly Detailed LLC permission to take photos or videos of the vehicle for documentation and marketing purposes (website, social media, advertising).
We will avoid capturing personal information such as license plates or addresses when possible.
If you do not consent, you must notify us in writing before service begins.
